I am a tenant in Seacoast Towers, renting unit #(removed)
I have adored my apartment for the past few years because of
the view. However, I am now interested in finding an
apartment with more space, especially with a dining area or
an eat-in kitchen.
I am very impressed with how well I have been treated by
Urchin Property Management these
past few years and I would like to know if I would be able
to move to another apartment and remain your tenant. I
would not restrict my apartment hunt only to
SeaCoast Towers, but rather I
would be interested in checking out whatever you have
available in your various holdings that may suit my needs.
If I were to want to transfer to another unit being rented
by you, would I be able to transfer to that unit without
having to pay any penalty? My current lease expires October
31st.
